A Warm Welcome to Willowmere Care Centre

We're delighted to share that Willowmere Care Centre is now open in Barnet, North London, ready to welcome residents, families and friends into our new home. Nestled close to Brunswick Park, Willowmere has been lovingly designed as a place where adults living with complex neurological conditions, brain injuries or dementia, including early-onset dementia, can feel truly at home. We've combined genuine clinical expertise with a warm, calming environment, because we believe recovery and wellbeing go hand in hand with feeling safe, valued and understood.

Our dedicated multidisciplinary team is here to walk alongside residents and their families, offering specialist rehabilitation and dementia support with real heart. Whether someone is settling in after a hospital stay following a brain injury or looking for longer-term support, we're committed to helping them feel comfortable, confident and cared for.

Our Home Manager, Fatma, shared: "Choosing the right care setting for a loved one is never an easy decision. Our team is here to support you with warmth and honesty, so you and your family feel informed and reassured every step of the way."
